| description | Lineage commitment and differentiation of dental stem cells was analyzed upon MED1 knock out in mice by RNA-Seq Mandibles from control or Krt14-Cre driven MED1 fl/fl mice were dissected and RNA was extracted from the cervical loop head region (CLH) as well as the cervical loop tail region.
