Experiment Id | GSE214177 | Name | Single cell gene expression profile of CD11c-enriched fraction of dissociated mouse lung immune cells |
Experiment Type | RNA-Seq | Study Type | Baseline |

description | To identify subsets of antigen presenting cells in the normal healthy mouse lung based on gene expression profiling, lung tissues including airways were enzymatically dissociated, and CD11c+ cells were magnetically enriched and submitted for single cell analysis using the 10x genomics pipeline. Whole lung tissues from healthy untreated mice were excised and enzymatically dissociated into single cell suspension. Cells were partially depleted of B cells and alveolar macrophages and then CD11c+ cells were enriched by labeling with magnetic beads. CD11c+ enriched fractions were submitted for single cell RNA sequencing. Mice used were transgenic MacBlue mice (https://www.jax.org/strain/026051), however, transgenic CFP gene was not added to the mm10 library in these analyses. |
