| description | Here we used single-nucleus RNA sequencing to obtain an unbiased view on the importance of TRalpha1 for hypothalamic development and cellular diversity. Sc-RNA-seq of Hypothalamus from wild type (WT) and TRalpha1R384C (TRalpha1+m) were performed. In total, there are 4 sequenced samples (2 x WT and 2 x TRalpha1+m). Each of these samples contains nuclei pooled from 3 mice (of the same genotype) in order to average out some of the biological variability between mice. |
