description | We applied RNAseq analysis on microdissected cortical and medullary thick ascending limb of Henle's loop from WT and Cldn10 KO mice (cKO). Among 11369 genes sequenced 291 have an expression significantly modified (p<0.05) between MTAL and CTAL from WT mice. In cKO mice, among 12023 genes sequenced 359 were signicantly modified (p<0.05) between MTAL and CTAL. surprisingly, while 637 genes have significantly (p<0.05) different expression between MTAL WT and cKO only 66 were in this case between CTAL WT and cKO. Comparison of gene abundance by RNA-sequencing between CTAL and MTAL from WT or Cldn10 knock out mice. |
