| description | Microarray, Bulk RNA Sequencing and Single cell RNA Sequencing of different murine tissue-resident macrophage populations to assess role of Zeb2 and LXRa Bulk RNA Seq = Replicates of ZEB2KO alveolar macrophages (sorted on CD11b expression) and ZEB2KO Kupffer cells (sorted on Tim4 expression) were compared with replicates of WT Alveolar Macs and Kupffer cells.
