Two samples each of control, Emx1Cre11.5;Lhx2lox/lox and NexCre;Lhx2lox/lox were processed for RNA sequencing after ascertaining that their RIN values were >8. RNA sequencing was performed by Medgenome Technologies, Bangalore. mRNA was isolated from total RNA, cDNA was prepared, and libraries were prepared using the IlluminaTruSeq RNA Sample preparation V2. Libraries were multiplexed and sequenced as 100 base-pairs (bp) pair-end reads using the Illumina HiSEQ2500 platform, at an expected depth of 60M single reads. |
