| description | The goal of this study is to profile and compare the hippocampus transcriptomes of wild type (WT) and NELL-1(+/6R) mice to gain insight on their neurological function. Hippocampus tissues were isolated from 3-month-old adult WT and NELL-1(+/6R) mice. Total RNA was isolated using Qiagen Rneasy Lipd Tissue Mini Kit. NGS was conducted on Illumina HiSeq3000 as single read at 1 x 50 read length. |
