| description | We recently generated FADS mouse (Nestin cre-mediated conditional knockout mouse of Ikk2 gene), a mouse model of atopic dermatitis. To examine the functions of periostin in dermatitis, periostin KO FADS mice were prepared. We then performed Cap analysis of gene expression (CAGE) to elucidate transcriptional profiles in lesional skin of periostin KO FADS mice. Four lesional facial skins were prepared from 4 week-old periostin KO FADS mice. |
