| description | Primary RNAseq data for five highly purified immunocyte populations (splenic NK, Follicular B, naive CD4+ abT, gdT cells and peritoneal macrophages) profiled to unusual depth as multiple biological replicates, using the ImmGen ULI pipeline. RNAseq datasets generated routinely by ImmGen using the ULI (ultra-low-input) pipeline are somewhat shallow, and not suitable for exploration of genes expressed at very low levels.
