| description | Normal mouse development is regulated through dynamic changes in gene expression. Changes in RNA modification-related enzymes were confirmed using microarrays. Mouse embryos were selected at some development stages for RNA extraction and hybridization on microarrays. After inducing superovulation, natural mating was performed, and the day the vaginal plug was confirmed in the female mouse was designated as E0.5. Early embryos, including pronuclear (E0.5), 2-cell (E1.5), and morula (E2.5) stages, were collected and pooled. E10.5 and E16.5 embryos were collected whole-body from three individuals each. |
