| description | Single cell sequencing of Ins2-Cre;ptdTomato+ FACS sorted cells from micro-dissected hypothalamic arcuate nucleus and median eminence of wildtype and Irx3/5 double heterozygous mice. Single-cell RNA sequencing (10X Genomics) was performed on tdTomato+ FACS sorted cells from the arcuate nucleus and median eminence of Ins2-Cre;tdTomato and Ins2-Cre;tdTomato;Irx3/5dHet (double-heterozygous) mice at postnatal day 10. For each genotype, micro-dissected tissues from 5 mice were pooled for single-cell dissociation, followed by FACS sorting and 10X single-cell RNA sequencing. |
