| description | This study reports the comprehensive gene expression profiling of postnatal day (P) 5 wild-type (WT) and complement component (C) 3 mutant (referred as KO) retinas during development. Further functional enrichment analysis revealed up-regulation of biological processes linked to extracellular matrix organization. Retinal mRNA profiles of P5 WT and C3-KO mice were generated by deep sequencing, n=4/genotype, using Illumina Nextseq 2000, and the sequencing target was 25 million reads per samples. |
