| description | Striatum was isolated from 6-month-old Ccdc82+/- and Ccdc82-/- mice crossed with the Q140 knock-in (KI) HD mice and their respective controls. Transcriptomic analysis (RNASeq) was performed on 6 genotypes: WT, Q140, Ccdc82+/-, Q140 X Ccdc82+/-, Ccdc82-/-, and Q140 X Ccdc82-/-, 7-8 replicates per genotype.
