| abstractText | Full text of Mouse Genome contribution: Research News: Genetic Identification of Chinese Tianjin Albino 3(TA3) of Inbred Strains of Mice. Inbred strains of mice Tianjin Albino 3(TA3) were began to mate brother and sister in 1956 which originated from professor Li Yi. It has been transmitted to 90th generations up to 1986 and is a low tumor inbred strains of mice. To identify their purity skin grafts between TA3 were transplanted, hybrid F1 (TA3 x 615) accepted skin grafts from TA3 and from hybrid F2 (F1 (TA3 x 615) x F l), all of these were taken respectively. The results observed when the skin grafts lasted over 100 days and 200 days. Coat colour genes were tested for inbred mice TA3 and its coat colour genes were aaBBcc. Biochemistry mark genes were monitored. These three kinds of experiments all demonstrated that TA3 inbred strains were homozygous, their histocompatibility gene being identical. 1t is of high grade inbred strains. The methods established in these experiments, except identify inbred mice, may also be monitoring instruments of inbred animal. |
