PHENOTYPE: Homozygous null males are infertile, exhibit decreased sperm count and motility, malformed sperm heads, misstructured acrosome and abnormal head-tail coupling apparatus in sperm, and irregular nuclei and mis-localized Golgi apparatus in sperm. [provided by MGI curators]
