PHENOTYPE: Mice homozygous for a conditional allele activated in cardiomyocytes exhibit congestive heart failure, enlarged hearts and lungs, cardiac interstitial fibrosis, and abnormal cardiomyocyte sarcomere morphology. [provided by MGI curators]
