Used to study systemic lupus erythematosus. Orthologous to human PLD4 (phospholipase D family member 4). PHENOTYPE: A spontaneous mutation that introduces a premature stop codon results in smaller body size and thin fur. KO leads to an enlarged spleen and an altered immune response.
