Orthologous to human PNLDC1 (PARN like ribonuclease domain containing exonuclease 1).
PHENOTYPE: Homozygous knockout causes defects in piRNA 3' end trimming, transposon gene silencing, and spermatogenesis, leading to male infertility. [provided by MGI curators]
