PHENOTYPE: Mice homozygous for a knock-out allele exhibit male infertility, decreased testis size and weight, oligozoospermia, asthenozoospermia, and teratozoospermia with abnormal sperm head morphology and multiple morphological abnormalities of the sperm flagella. [provided by MGI curators]
