| abstractText | Full text of Mouse Genome contribution: Remutation. A remutation to dilute (dJ) occurred in the C57BL/6J-scid/Sz colony. A homozygote for the novel mutation mated to d/d homozygotes produced 17/17 affected progeny. No neurological symptoms or difference in coat color with the original dilute mutation were observed in any of the homozygotes. DNA is preserved. The breeding colony, C57BL/6J- scid/SzJ-dJ was transferred to Dr. Nancy Jenkins, Frederick Cancer Center, Maryland. (H.O. Sweet) |
