| abstractText | Full text of MNL contribution: New mutants. Head tilt (het). An autosomal, recessive, circling mutant characterized by a tilted head, circling behavior, inability to swim and hyperactivity arose in strain GL/Le in 1976. Homozygotes are not deaf. Tests for allelism with avJ, fi, je, qk, sh-1, ah-2, sr, sv, v and wi were all negative. Linkage tests show het linked to T on Chr 17. Backcross data (2/113) give a recombination of 1.77 +/- 0.12%.
