| abstractText | Full text of MNL contribution: New mutants: 1. Hydrocephaly with hop gait (hyh). This new recessive mutation arose in C57BL/10J in 1981. It is generally lethal by two months of age but some affected mice on a hybrid (B6C3-a/aFl) background have survived and bred. All affected hydrocephalic mice have a hop gait. In a repulsion intercross all homozygous hyh animals were classified for Gpi-1. Three crossovers were found in 76 chromosomes tested giving an RF of 3.9 +/- 2.2%. (Lane) |
