| abstractText | Full text of MNL contribution: 11. Achondroplasia (cn) is located in Chr 4. A repulsion intercross with b in which 595 offspring have been classified (311 + +, 145 b +, 136 + cn, 3 b cn) shows 16.82 +/- 3.9% recombination. A 3 point cross, b + cn/+ Ps + X b + cn/+ + +, has produced: 38 + Ps +, 11 b + cn, 19 + + +, 2 + Ps cn, 7 b + +, 1 b Ps +, 1 + + cn, and 0 b Ps cn, suggesting the order is b - Ps - cn. This raises the possibility that cn is an allele of sno. (Lane). |
