| abstractText | Full text of MNL contribution: Katharine P. Hummel. i) Situs Viscerum Inversus has occurred as a spontaneous mutation in mice derived from a cross of a male my/my with a female C3H/e. In the F3 generation, 6 animals with visceral inversion were noted out of 42 examined, all being offspring of a single pair without visceral inversion. Data accumulated to date and tabulated below indicate that the anomaly is inherited as a recessive with incomplete penetrance. (with Dorothy Chapman). |
