abstractText  The adapter protein beta-arrestin2 inhibits Mrgprb2 and FcepsilonRI-mediated mast cell degranulation to attenuate pseudo-allergy and anaphylaxis. Thus, targeting beta-arrestin2 in mast cells could provide novel therapeutic options for modulating pseudo-allergy and anaphylaxis.
