Analysis of the insertion site indicated that 7 copies of the transgene were present. Cre activity was detected in the otic vesicle and notochord at E9.5 and in somites, otic vesicle, branchial arches and the hindbrain at E10.5. At E12.5-15.5, activity was detectable in cartilagenous skeletal elements. |
