Crossing with mice expressing Flp recombinase in the germ line excised the floxed neo. Cre expression was observed beginning at embryonic day 14 in small-diameter neurons in dorsal root, trigeminal, and nodose ganglia but absent in nonneuronal and CNS tissues. |
