This vector contains a splice acceptor sequence followed by a neomycin selection cassette, and a BTK gene. Gene inactivation was confirmed by immunoblotting of limb muscle homogenates prepared from homozyogtes. Immunoblotting also confirmed that there was no compensatory increase in expression of the Casq2 gene. |
