At 7-8 days of age expression expression is weak in the olfactory bulb, ventral parts of the cerebral cortex, and the amygdala. No activity is seen in the thalamus. Activity is primarily in excitatory neurons and astrocytes. Little or no activity is seen in inhibitory neurons. |
