| molecularNote | EGFP cDNA followed by a stop codon was inserted in-frame after codon 396 in exon 11 of Foxp3 and a loxP-flanked PGK-Neo was inserted in exon 9 in the same orientation of Foxp3. A diphtheria toxin cassette for negative selection was included in the targeting construct.
