The two constructs were coinjected into F1 embryo zygotes resulting in the establishment of two founder lines. In line L118-3, the two constructs appear to have integrated on separate chromosomes. After backcrossing to C57BL/6, the mouse line referred to as gBT-I.3 was established. This line contains two separately named transgenes. |
