molecularNote  Tnfsf14 coding sequence was driven by the proximal Lck promoter and human CD2 enhancer with human growth hormone gene (polyadenylation site) included downstream. Lines 24 and 27 in a C57BL/6 background were selected for further investigation with similar phenotypes observed in both lines. Expression in lymphocytes was confirmed by flow cytometry analysis of lymphocytes.
