| abstractText | Data from Europhenome, a database holding data generated in the European EUMODIC project, are downloaded and integrated into MGI. MGI represents phenotype data as Mammalian Phenotype (MP) controlled vocabulary annotations to genotype objects. We download data from the Europhenome database containing allele and genetic background information to make automated genotype objects in MGI and associate the Europhenome assigned MP annotations with these genotypes. These data are thus integrated, displayed and searchable along with MGI's loaded and curated data sets from published resources and other contributed information.
