The construct was microinjected into male pronuclei of fertilized oocytes. Animals from 2 lines (19,20) were crossed mice carrying a floxed RBP-J allele to determine the activity of the cre transgene. Southern blot analysis of thymocytes from line #19 animals heterozygous for Rbpjtm1Hon showed complete deletion of the floxed locus. |
