The construct was microinjected into (C57BL/6 x CBA)F1 zygotes. No founder information or line numbers are available. Crosses with reporter mice show strong cre activity in the brain and prostate, occasional staining in islets in the pancreas, bronchiole epithelium of the lung and in some tubules of the testis. No activity is observed in the kidney, small intestine, thymus, heart, tongue, liver, spleen or mammary gland. |
