| molecularNote | A conditional by inversion (COIN) intron consisting of a reverse orientation lox66_SA-Egpf-polyA_lox71 was inserted in the antisense orientation into exon 1 via homologous recombination, splitting exon 1 into 2 new exons (89 and 112 bp in length).
