molecularNote  Dendra2 sequence derived from BAC bMQ-242m22 was inserted with a loxP-flanked neomycin cassette into the C-terminus of the Smarca4 gene. Cre-mediated recombination removed the floxed neo cassette. Expression is confirmed by Western blot using anti-Brg (SMARCA4) and anti-Dendra2 antibodies. Cells show nuclear fluorescence which can undergo photoswitching.
