Western blot analysis of mammary gland lysates from 7 week-old homozygous transgenic mice using antibodies to the cytoplasmic domain of ERBB2 demonstrated expression of the CTF at 0.5-fold and 2-fold the level of endogenous ERBB2 in transgenic mouse lines F1 and F2, respectively.
