molecularNote  A construct containing a 3X-myc tagged Gata6 short isoform cDNA, polyA sequence and FRT flanked neo cassette replaced exon 2 downstream of the start signal. Flp mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. Western blot analysis confirmed the expression of the myc-tagged GATA6.
