Allele : Cd200<tm1c(KOMP)Wtsi> CD200 molecule; targeted mutation 1c, Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute

Primary Identifier  MGI:6766410 Allele Type  Targeted
Attribute String  Conditional ready Gene  Cd200
Transmission  Germline Strain of Origin  C57BL/6N-A<tm1Brd>
Is Recombinase  false Is Wild Type  false
molecularNote  The L1L2_Bact_P cassette was inserted at position 45214682 of Chromosome 16 upstream of the critical exons 3 and 4 (Build GRCm39). The cassette is composed of an FRT site followed by lacZ sequence and a loxP site. This first loxP site is followed by a neomycin resistance gene under the control of the human beta-actin promoter, SV40 polyA, a second FRT site and a second loxP site. A third loxP site is inserted downstream of the targeted exons 3 and 4 at position 45218142. The critical exons 3 and 4 are thus flanked by loxP sites. Flp-mediated recombination removed the lacZ and neomycin resistance gene creating a "conditional ready" (floxed) allele.
