In this issue of Cancer Cell, Katlinski et al. describe tumor-induced degradation of type I interferon receptor IFNAR1 chain as a new immune-evasion mechanism in colorectal cancers. Stabilizing IFNAR1 inhibits tumor growth and improves immunotherapy efficacy. |
