abstractText | Invasion and metastasis of a subset of aggressive luminal B breast cancers is driven by the concomitant inactivation of the RasGAPs DAB2IP and RASAL2. Inactivation of both proteins increases RAS activity and drives invasion, whereas inactivation of DAB2IP specifically promotes NF-kappaB-mediated epithelial-mesenchymal transition.
