| abstractText | Full text of MNL contribution: Linkage data. In connection with our experiments on the immunogenicity of Thy-1 antigens, we have backcrossed (AKR/J x MA/MyJ)F1 males to AKR/J females. Some of these progeny have also been used to confirm the mapping of the Beta-galactosidase electrophoretic variant Bgl-e on chromosome 9. (AKR/J is Mpi-1b, Mod-1b, Bgl-eb; MA/MyJ is Mpi-1a, Mod-1a, Bgl-ea).Bgl-e and Mod-1 were typed by isoelectric focusing in polyacrylamide gels with a pH gradient of approximately 6 to 9.
