| abstractText | Full text of MNL contribution: Research News: 3. Enzyme marker loci. a) Gpd-1. We have compared the electrophoretic band obtained on Titan III plates for the Gpd-1 locus for our lgGa stock with that for standard strains (DBA/2J, C57BL/6J, MA/MyJ, CBA/J). The band for the lgGa stock migrates consistently faster than that for the standard "b" allele, and it appears that it represents a new allele at this locus. b) Ggc, Ldr-1. We have typed our strains and stock for these loci. They are as follows: SWV/Bc: Ggc*: a; Ldr-1**: a. ICR/Bc: Ggc*: a; Ldr-1**: a. BALB/cGaBc: Ggc*: a; Ldr-1**: a.
