abstractText  Full text of MNL contribution: 7. Hemolytic complement (Hc) has been located on Chr 2. In collaborative studies with Roy Riblet and Martin Weigert (Institute for Cancer Research) linkage was detected between Hc and Danforth's short tail (Sd). The cross and results were as follows: (C57BL/6By;Re Sd VaJ x DBA/2J)F1 x AKR/J (Re Sd VaJ Hc1/+ + + Hc0) x (+ + + Hc0/+ + + Hc0) Sd Hc1 + Hc0 Sd Hc0 + Hc1 25 43 1 6 Thus, only 7 recombinants were detected among 75 progeny for a recombination frequency of 9%.
