| abstractText | Full text of MNL contribution: 4. Lens opacity (Lop) is distal on chromosome 10. Lens opacity (Lop) was previously reported to be located on chr. 10 showing 21% recombination with S1gbH (MNL 61: 37). Crosses with v, and with gr and v have now shown that Lop is distal to Sl. In the crosses of Lop SlgbH/gr v x gr v it appeared that gr could not be classified in the presence of S1gbH, and hence the recombination of Lop with gr can only be roughly estimated.
