| abstractText | Full text of MNL contribution: Vacuolated lens (vl), a mutant affecting the lens and causing spina bifida and some belly spots, shows 70% penetrance. F2 repulsion crosses with ln indicate that vl is in Linkage Group XIII linked to ln with recombination of 15.7% calculated by the product method. Data are as follows: + + 280, ln + 122, + vi 88, ln vl 2, N = 492. There is no linkage with fz; therefore the order is presumably vl - ln - fz. |
