| abstractText | Mouse snoRNA sequences were downloaded from RNAdb (http://research.imb.uq.edu.au/rnadb/default.aspx). The mouse sequences were aligned to human snoRNAs from the human snoRNABase (http://www-snorna.biotoul.fr/) using BLAST and to human and mouse genome assemblies using BLAT. The alignment results were manually reviewed to determine homology based on sequence similarity and conserved synteny. Genome locations for mouse snoRNAs are based on alignment to current mouse genome assembly (NCBI Build 37). |
