ENSEMBL Regulatory Build data for mouse (C57BL/6J assembly) are downloaded from ENSEMBL and processed. All of the coordinates are listed from lowest to highest, the coordinate data will be dumped and reloaded with every new ENSEMBL Regulatory. |
