The bovine promoter drives basal keratinocyte-specific expression of an HA tagged dominant form of the human SOS1. Four lines (892A6*, 893A-1, 893B-1, and 893B-2) was generated. Line 892A6 (892A6) contains one or two copies of the transgene.
